March 8.

As we all know, 8 March is the International Women's Day. Honestly, I never bothered to celebrate this day before. But here in Russia, it's hard to miss this day because Women's Day is a public holiday (best thing ever). Two days before Women's day, you can see flowers selling everywhere. They're selling like hotcakes! All the ladies were in a good mood waiting for their beautiful flowers. 

Of course we Malaysian girls are suddenly thrilled about this day too. Since our guy friends here (especially the groupmates! Yes you HARI DHAN VICKY DINESH ABRAHAM) aren't sweet enough to treat us with anything special, me and the housemates decided to go on a girls day out! :) 

We went to an Italian restaurant, IL PATIO for lunch. Thank God it wasn't crowded in there. The ambiance was nice and the food was great! Everything was perfect! I had Fettuccine alla Siciliana. It was so good I can eat it everyday! Haha okay maybe that's just forever hungry me talking. But seriously it's good.

What are girls day out without shopping right? Apparently the sale is still going on so we managed to treat ourselves with the last bits and pieces of winter sale. And plus more discounts for us ladies since it's our special day! Major loveee

These really made my day. Thank you awesome people :)

And to wrap up the day, we had Maggi Kari galore for supper.

Great food + great company = best day ever! :)
