when i came across the shortbread cookies recipe in Kak Nor's cook book yesterday,
i know i have to try this recipe because it's so simple.
and i like shortbreads! :)
anyway, sudden urge of baking came in the middle of the night. thank god there are two blocks of butter inside the fridge. we really need to stock up butter since everybody in this house loves to bake lately. and so as usual, i trust my darling youtube to give the rough idea about the process of making the shortbread and how it should look like.
